Howdy, Chili fans.

Here are a few recipes you might like to try for yourself.
Adjust the heat level to your liking, and have fun.
A few of these are real killers!

There's nothin' like a good hot bowl of chili to make you feel like breakin' wind!
Add a case or two of beer, and you've got a meal fit for an animal of some type.
A favorite recipe of mine is one I've used at home or in the field. It's a camping favorite and a joy at the office in front of the computer screen.
Why, it's caused fewer divorces than booze and far fewer bleeding ulcers than the IRS!

Ingredients

2 lbs. Beef Brisket, diced
1 1/2 lbs. Chicken Meat, diced
2 lbs. Pork Stew Meat, diced
1 Small Hamhock
3 tbsp Ground Cumin
2 tbsp Curry Powder
3 tbsp New Mexico ChiliPowder
1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Oregano
1 Bay Leaf
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Ginger
2 tbsp Crushed Red Peppers
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 1/2 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Powdered Chocolate
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup Chopped Jalapeno Peppers
1 1/4 cups Chopped Onion
6 cloves Garlic Crushed
2 Serano Peppers, Chopped
2 Habanero Peppers
1/2 cup Water
12 Large Beers
1 Small Bottle of Whiskey,
or a large one if friends are coming over!

Now, to Make It

Brown meats in small amount of oil, remove from heat and set aside,
Lightly brown onion, garlic and peppers in oil and whiskey mixture (50/50), add meat, water, 2 beers and spices.
Cover and simmer for 2 hours, stirring regularly and adding water or beer as needed.
Drink the rest of the whiskey and beer while waiting for chili to cook.
Eat when done, and have a beer with it, if there's one left.
